.....The ever-changing Madonna is back yet again posing for Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter ad campaign. Photographed by Steven Meisel & super talented 'photo-shoppersss...' Oooh...YES, highly photo-shopped indeed...just take a look at her porcelain-wrinkle-free-flawless face...
~What do you think? ~XOXO*

They are so extremely photoshopped that I kind of like them...she looks like a doll. I think it's a bit ridiculous though, she's beautiful as she is! kisses darling! XO
ReplyDeleteTHE most over the top photoshopping I've ever seen - Madge is barely recognisable !
ReplyDeleteI don't think she ever looked like this! She's a whole new person (in ever-changing fashion).
ReplyDeleteI wonder if this will spark a whole new level of PSing acceptance. What seems ridiculous now may one day be seen in retrospect as revolutionary.
PS -- I'll be chuckling to myself all day about your handgun wielding chimp... "c...l...i...c...k"
ReplyDeleteOK, I've left a comment, already!
surrealist
ReplyDeleteX♥X♥
she looks like a mannequin, but it's a nicely done campaign.
ReplyDeleteShe's wearing the bunny ears again!!! :0 Those things she wore to the MET gala fashion thingy where she looked like the love child of Marie Antoinette and the Easter Bunny.
ReplyDeleteBut LOVE the extreme photoshopped pictures.
I love these pictures and was staring at one of them on the back cover of one of my magazines last night. I love the bunny ears, the fake porcelain skin, the lighting, her outfit, the color of her lipstick. I am a huge Madonna fan and a huge Louis V. fan. Its just art and she always changes, she fascinates me.
ReplyDeleteVery whimsical and surreal! I like it.
ReplyDeleteShe looks beautiful...I love LV!
ReplyDeleteAll I know is I like the bag in the first ad!
ReplyDeleteShe looks so serene in these images. Such a nice change of pace from her normal ferocious face!
ReplyDeleteBut it seems weird to photoshop her so much :/
ReplyDeleteI wish there was a Photoshop filter that I could wear in real life. I would look that awesome, too.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't make me want to buy it but I can see where they are trying to go with it. I personally like the ones with the Coppolla family :)
ReplyDeleteHaha the photoshoppers may have taken it a *tad* far. I actually really like them if I forget for a moment that it's Madonna.
ReplyDeleteI think they shaved a good 15-20 years off...poses are a little lifeless but beautiful nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteMadge looks fabulous but I would have chosen someone a bit "hipper" for this campaign... The bags are exquisite!

For some reason I'm not that into LV but that first bag is gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteFound you on http://bijouxboutique.blogspot.com/ What a charming site you have!! I am out looking for other blogs to connect and network with... I would love to add one another as followers! Let me know or just follow me and I will follow you as well! Have a wonderful day!!
ReplyDeleteI know it's high couture to do photographs this way but it becomes more of digital art instead of photography I think.
ReplyDeleteI miss the 80's madonna! LOL
Madonna is as old as my mom. And me, being in my early 20s, I am already getting my first wrinkles if I stay out in the sun too long... Kinda scary what photoshop can do. But the pictures are beautiful indeed. In a lifeless porcelain doll kind of way. :)
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
poet
She looks beautiful in these pictures. I love everything about them.
ReplyDeleteIn regards to your comment on LouDuk:
ReplyDeleteI could not agree more!
Thanks for stopping by!
These pics are NICE! Very pleasing to the eye. But, then, I would've even loved them WITHOUT the Photo Shop magic!
ReplyDeleteMadonna is one of my all-time faves, and I think she has a wonderful natural beauty about her face. Of course, I think the one thing that makes her the most attractive is her confidence!
She has that in spades! And there will never be a need to Photo Shop over THAT...
Stunning photos! Madonna is a rare beauty and talent, and I love that she continues to steal the limelight!
ReplyDeleteI think she is VERY inspiring! she has survived this hard&tough business for such a long time... everything printed out there is thanks to photoshop magic...
ReplyDeleteshe might as well be made of wax. fakery at its best! i wish this dude would photograph ME!
ReplyDeleteI need all my pictures photoshopped like that from now on! :) The colors are beautiful though!
ReplyDeleteMeisel always had a knack for photographing her to the absolute best advantage. She still looks great in his photographic eye!
ReplyDeleteI too adore the colors, but She makes me YAWN. I'm bored to tears with her and I wish she would just go away for a few years or something. bahaha. Photoshop is insane...the possibilities...I must learn.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so cold. I love her music but lately she's been getting on my nerves. But I love those bags by LV. I really would love one. :)
ReplyDeleteWow, airbrushed to the max by the looks of it!
ReplyDeleteOne of all time fav Madonna song.
ReplyDelete;)
i wish she would age already, ya know?!
ReplyDeleteMadge and LV are perfect for each other. They have made her look so young and pretty.
ReplyDeleteI think the ads are kind of beautiful. At least they're not trying to sell us skincare with 'em.
ReplyDeleteand the photo shop awards goes to....
ReplyDeleteshe doesnt look like that!!! someone took her face from the 80s and copy and pasted it on there!!!! lolololol!!!
I like these photos as art!
ReplyDeleteomg haha so pretty!
ReplyDeleteOMG...i didn't recognise her!
ReplyDeleteQueen of Pop is oways e Queen of Pop...no one can beat her and her chameleon outfits..and her fittest form..u go gal...!! =D
ReplyDeleteso doll-like, its kind of cool once i see it a few times - the first look was like hmmm. the colors are awesome
