Knock_on_Wood*

....I have come to appreciate more simple & humble wood products these days... They add certain warmth & character, if placed and used in the right space~my home sweet home that is! Here are some designs which have awakened my taste buds…yesss I’m drooling over them…lurrrrrve! ~take a look at some:
.
~Smooth and glossy, cracks & texture -harmonized!
.
~Adorably irresistible! Perfect on bed side tables -left & right!
Certainly demonstrate the power of simplicity done right.
.
~Rustic Rocking Horse is entirely made of
reclaimed oak wood from French wine barrels...
a piece of sculpture no?!

  2. Stunning pieces! I, too, love wood - I love to touch it....it has a soul (many souls, in fact). When I was a child, my father and I would go to the park and he would put his hands on the bark of his favourite tree and I would ask, every time: "what are you doing, Daddy?", and he would always answer: "getting energy"....wood has energy..I now know what he meant...oxox

  19. Ooooooo...Love your choices, especially the his and her lamps, simply genius and I would love to own. I agree that wood adds warmth to a room. I'm quite sick to be honest with all the pressboard they try to sell us though to pass off for wood...bring on the real thing!

  38. Fantastic. I've always wanted to get big wood blocks to use as side and coffee tables, but damn.. they're pricey and really heavy. I will get them someday though. Love the animal-inspired decor items!
