  1. That cage is amazing!!! But, I would hate to be the one to clean the bottom of it every day... I'm sure Martha doesn't :)

  8. It's very beautiful to look at but the reality of taking care of that many birds - not for me. (I'm sure Martha does all the care herself, right?)

  11. Please make your bird residence big enough for me, OK? I have a bird brain so I'd fit right in with the feathered group. I surely will enjoy all the comforts!

    You're a riot!

  18. I love canaries! I have had pet birds before, and they are too much fun (though the dust from their feathers gets everywhere, was not the best for my allergies). Leave is to Martha - and entire room for her sweetly singing birds...

    hi Lenore!

thanks so much for swinging by my blog, nice hearing from you, feel free to do so anytime.

this post reminds me so much of my aunt and her own bird collection and birdcage. she has so many birdies and a huge cage that i sadly do not remember how it looks like anymore, but this cage or even better your version would be a lovely gift idea for her.

    thanks for sharing.

  23. I always feel guilty admiring caged birds. Hello, pretty bird, spread your wings and... forget about it. You know what I mean? But on the other hand they are a feast on the eye, and on the ear. And the pictures are sweet. :-) Sandra
