  11. Lenore- I eat that almost every morning! Although it's Greek yogurt. But I just can't stand it. I don't know- too healthy? But I eat it because I know I should, when all I want are eggs and bacon.

  19. Lenore,
This is just a perfect healthy and delicious way to eat. I need to add the pomegranate seeds, love them and I forget to have them at this time of the year, but they are just too nutritious for me to skip! I hope you are better, it seems that you are, thankfully!!
As for those porcelain tasting spoons, I just dragged all 3 of my sons to Pier 1 Import today to pick up some things for the weekend and they had them, I bought 12, they are so inexpensive and fun!! I can't wait to use them this weekend...what should I put on them???
    Have a great evening

  23. Love how pretty berries are without any futzing with them - unadulterated pretty.

  24. Good to hear you're feeling better! We're getting older and wiser about food choices so we've had oatmeal and berries all week (topped up with flaxseed and fiber, uber healthy). But hey treating your body right is so worth it (and it actually tastes fine)
