BOO!-tiful FASHION?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN !

" What to wear...what to wear...?"

What's in the closet..hmmm some skeletons?!

" Wanted to wear this saxay little number...
but I am afraid I might catch a cold! ...parts of the country are
snowing now...crazy autumn weather! So perhaps something a little warmer...
like this perhaps =

...something hot glowy orange! It's fun-fun Halloween babe!
It should be a little creepy-scary...fab?"

" booo... oooh..."

" heehee...don't be scared,
it's just us... Lovin' the fashion so far?...more?! "

" I don't do fashion,
I am fashion..." ~ Coco Chanel

" The difference between style and
fashion is quality...." ~ Giorgio Armani
.

" Fashion anticipates, and elegance is
a state of mind..." ~ Oleg Cassini

" I don't design clothes...
I design dreams " ~ Ralph Lauren

" I wish I had invented
blue jeans..." ~Yves Saint Laurent
.
.
... Halloween might be the ‘fun-est’ holiday for kids and adults alike….great opportunity to play ‘dress-up’ …be BOLD and freak anyone out! …looking forward to it all...hee! Every year, it’s a little different sometimes I have too many ideas... There is perhaps a crazy creepy circus going on in my head! So glad there have been a lot of visual cues and inspiration from the fabulous fashion designers…it’s no longer fashion though, but a fun and BOO!-tiful stylish costume! On a serious note; “Do we need to change our expectations and stop being slaves to fashion and consumerism…” The world has become a throwaway culture... I feel sometimes we need to ask some important questions instead of accepting this as part of modern life and fun popular culture/ holiday tradition…POP! A sobering thought I think… BOO!

    xoxo

    ReplyDelete
  62. Well, those pictures that I posted are the awards, the first "I love your blog" has rules that you must pass it to 7 bloggers (you can see the rules here http://the-paperdoll.blogspot.com/2008/10/more-blog-love.html ).
The other you can give it to whom you want.
And you're allowed to put the awards in your blog bar, if you want, of course (see mine)
    Hope it helps.
    Blessings
    xoxo
