COPPERY BROWN

" the eye collides in natural order..."

COPPER : a malleable, ductile, metallic element having a characteristic reddish-brown color: used in large quantities as an electrical conductor and in the manufacture of alloys, as brass and bronze...
metallic reddish brown.

  3. So sorry I'm all late jumping on the brown bandwagon. I never liked this color growing up (reminded me of poop!), but I've warmed up to it since.

Really like the copper though with its hint of glimmer and glam :)

  11. The photo of the goldfish is stunning! Ive always thought of copper as being a background color and only recently did I see its ability to actually be the central focus in something without it looking dreary or boring.

  19. Personally I think brown is a bit trashy, it reminds me of those librarians in really poorly scripted porn movies (so all of them). Copper has a cool effect as ...eye....lid...paint...(the powder you put on your eyelids). It makes brown eyes pop like crazy. Like how girls with blue eyes look like walking oceans when they wear blue eye....lid...paint.

I always love checking out this blog. So much color, like a truck full of MnMs collided with a truck full of Skittles, and the slaughter of candy occured all over your posts. (Note to self: Fuse MnMs and Skittles to make a super candy)

  36. My husbands world was brown- he is color blind and could recognize brown so played it safe and made everything brown! Grounded and serious, brown. I snapped him out of that! There is colour everywhere now though he can't tell if it is green or orange or ?
I think that colour has vibratory qualities and he is benefitting from the happy effects of red, orange, yellow and sky blue!Brown is good though too much of it can be a bit of a downer.
