As promised, I must share this~
" Late Summer* Salad "
.
Salad Dressing Recipe :
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white/wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 lemon - zested (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt & black pepper (to taste)
~mix them all well!

Ingredients : Romaine Lettuce, fresh strawberries,
cheese-any favorite cheese would do, I usually use goat cheese,
for added crunch add some walnuts (not pictured here I ran out -oops!)
~ENJOY*.....

Hey, your salad looks soo delectable!! I haven't thought about putting fruit on salad but it adds some nice color- and I bet taste too. P.S. I like the scent of Febreze too ;)
My mom and I make something very similar, we add cranberries and pears into the salad. It's very yummy for those hot summer days.
