YUMMY~Palate*

~I have truly enjoyed all the issues of my favorite magazine Wallpaper*. Especially when
they featured the 'Artist's Palate Series'...shown above are from some of their past issues;
Artist Louise Bourgeois' leg of lamb with vegetables, Salvador Dali's Timbale Elysée Lasserre dessert,
painter Richard Estes' chooses spaghetti carbonara & Cai Guo-Qiang chooses Beijing duck.
If you were to be asked to choose one,
what would be yours? ...do tell~yummm!
.
Well-well-well...
this would have to be my ultimate choice...
*egg puffs*~represented!
[ cos' it's easy-breezy-versatile & sexy-delish! ]
*1/2 cup milk
*1/2 cup flour
*2 eggs
*1 tablespoon melted butter
* a pinch of salt, sugar & baking powder
*muffin pan - about 18-20 min in 425F preheated oven
~Nothing can be easier right?
versatility : sprinkling of powdered sugar or nutella/ condensed milk/
ice cream/ fruit jam/ melted cheese/ coconut sugar/ cinnamon/
even pesto sauce with bacon...& more! ~options are really endless...

Hello - Thanks for stopping by and your nice comment! I am jealous of your eclectic family! I am quite short on the family side of things, so envy anyone with a large family, no matter how quirky. As far as the eccentricty goes, as I tell my 10 year old quite often, who wants to be 'normal'?
Great to meet you!

Smiles!

I don't know it you know it already, but there is a super interesting art like food inspired magazine called Yummy, and they have a blog here: http://yummyjunkfoodesignmagazine.blogspot.com/

It is not really that frequently updated, but you get a good idea about what it is about. So cool. :-) Sandra

They look delicious! I think I could live on lobster, not sure what my favorite is...but most likely my 'last meal' choice would be, lobster, a ton of butter, champagne and chocolate caramels with sea salt on top! And the table would be covered with pink roses and pink peonies with a few of my favorite white casablanca lilies mixed in.
now I am starving

Hey - I made this last weekend and yummo! I will be making a second batch soon and make a couple adjustments. I'll add 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt to the mix, then sprinkle a bit of shredded cheese to the top before they're baked. I had some mini muffin tins and it make almost 30. Of which I snarfed most...
Thanks! It's a keeper!
