Truly enjoyed their friendly company,
exploring the countryside with them around was such a joy!
They're finally back here after their long winter vacation...
Must be a sign that Spring is peeking around the corner~
" oh Spring, do come out & greet us...we're so ready! "

Happy you had a wonderful time in the country! I wish Spring was here.....we have six inches of new snow! I fear it's never coming my way!! Happy Monday !

ReplyDeleteI could spend hours observing waterfowl, Lenore. It looks like you had a wonderful weekend communing with nature. I hope you have a fantastic week ahead, my dear friend!
ReplyDeleteThose geese look so serene. I've had bad experiences with ducks and geese snapping at me so I just like to look from afar now.

Such gorgeous feathery things. Personally I'm a bit frightened of them, but I guess if you find the right words...
ReplyDeleteThis is kind of weird, but I love birds with webbed feet! Ducks, geese etc. Growing up I had a pet duck called Apollo, he used to follow me everywhere!
ReplyDeleteDavid,
ReplyDeleteOh~How cute is that!

Nothing beats the company of friends such as these. I'm so glad you made their acquaintance and I'm sure you'll meet up again.
