All those beach photos are great but when I think of the beach I think of ALL COVERED IN SAND- like all of us and everything.
Yes, please. I want to be covered in sand and sea salt. I didn't get to beach yet this year.... I need to. I must. I will die soon if I don't. Even if it's the Jersey shore! (gasp) I just need some ocean calm and soothing surf sounds....

ReplyDeleteWe headed out the beach yesterday, after picking up a friend's daughter from school, stashed a bikini in my bag for her, and a pic-nic too.
ReplyDeleteThe dolphins were dancing close to shore, the seal was somersaulting, and the pelicans were doing the high dive. The best kind of after school special.

The photographs are so good! Sort of Visconti of the 21st century. Beaches and people dressed, in clear colours, and hats, not really very sunny, bring a very special atmosphere. Funny, the hot sun is the toughest thing of summer!
