Dear Diary,

My Taxi driver was writing his diary...
.
That's right, while he was DRIVING!!!
errr...I really should get a life insurance, huh?
.
Thankfully i survived the taxi ride to live another day in Paris!
Still enjoying & celebrating all my senses...
.
oui s'il vous plait!
one of each pretty pleassse...
.
To sum it all up,
I almost died and went to macaron heaven!~Literally!
Anywayyy...
these heavenly macarons are from Patisserie Sadaharu Aokia Japanese pastry chef
who has made it big in Paris by combining the traditional French techniques and Japanese
flavors. When in Paris, I do recommend a visit to this unique patisserie ~YUM!
Greetings from Paris
~XOXO*

Japanese and French combined? That was my wedding theme! We ate sushi and croissants- not together althought that would have been fun.

I am thrilled you are alive. No really- be safe!

Glad to read your having a wonderful time! The cookies sounds all so yummy, but after being at two upcakes joints this weekend my stomach can't take any more sweets. Will you be having Thabksgiving over there or will you be back home? Safe travels!

I would FREAK out if my taxi driver was writing or reading (or doing 'rithmetic) while driving! GAAAAAH.

On the plus side, you ARE in Paris... that's pretty cool!!

Oh my goodness gracious me! My mouth is watering looking at those beauties! ...and how French is that Taxi driver! I bet he's either a famous poet getting some "real life" experience or he's writing his memoires!
