I hope that 2008 has treated you as well as you deserve, I feel blessed and happy to look back on many joys in my own life. Sure... I screwed up more than a few times too, but I think the good and bad combined just continue to make and mold us to become stronger, and wiser people. Will continue to count each blessings...big or small- a blessing is a blessing afterall! Cheers to that!

I agree with you, the good and the bad combined make a year interesting.. As you saw on my mood graph, there were some serious highs and lows during 2008, but I thought it was a wonderful year. If it had all been on one level all the time, it would have been boring.

2009 is bound to be full of more optimism, people stepping UP. We finally have a leader to follow and the globe to heal. There may be a resurgeance of ugly sweaters, just for the joy of wearing something really bright and tacky instead of navy, black and grey...the bush years of sorrow and fear.
Maybe some pencil thin sequined trousers...a tiny red playboy bunny costume...whatever- i feel a playful year coming on! Best to you!
