mmmm*°*°*° interesting post !
Stunning pieces! I, too, love wood - I love to touch it....it has a soul (many souls, in fact). When I was a child, my father and I would go to the park and he would put his hands on the bark of his favourite tree and I would ask, every time: "what are you doing, Daddy?", and he would always answer: "getting energy"....wood has energy..I now know what he meant...oxox
I love those owl end tables!! These pieces are great, Lenore. Funky and different and so much fun! xoxo
Gorgeous and interesting works of art. The rocking horse is stunning...I wonder if you can still smell the grapes/wine???
Have a lovely day
xx

The wooden horses are so cool!
that white lacquered wood block took my breath away.
Never been a fan of the darker woods - can look gloomy.
I like the glossy painted stuff you've found (complete with cracks !)
I love these. I'm a big fan of wood products.
You're right about wood.
Those are such cool things.
By the way love the new header.

those lamps are so quirky and fun. i do looove the idea of that rocking horse in a children's room.
like the rocking horse. having wood in a home is indeed very warming.
I love these! So what did they do with the wine??
Ooooooo...Love your choices, especially the his and her lamps, simply genius and I would love to own. I agree that wood adds warmth to a room. I'm quite sick to be honest with all the pressboard they try to sell us though to pass off for wood...bring on the real thing!
omg i want the lampshade one! :D
mmm woodsy! hehe
That rocking horse is beyond precious! I'm a sucker for wood myself.
Lenore! Those chairs - as you say the glossy and rough together - fantastic combo! ...and the colours - I'd have the red and the pale blue. Rustic rocking horse is pretty special too - love it all actually - very imaginative. XXX
Tres interesante and creative! J'aime la esquive de lumiere. Bonne bonne bonne :)
WAOW!
the judithseng stuff is AMAZING!
I'd love to have it at home.....
these are so fun and beautiful!
I love these, especially the big blocks of wood. My father make many, many things out of wood and my house if full of them.
I like the owl end tables.

PS: thanks for your tip re. orchids. i shall steer away from pressing them.
I like the glossy blocks. Cool.
Love the rocking horse.....
and the MERZ.....
Ah, love the owl-shaped wood sculptures! I, too, have a fascination with wood. I have to design a multimedia portfolio soon and the website is all going to be wood-based, I'm excited! :)
I adore wood, it's soft looking and natural unlike plastic! Yuck.
xxx
These are all stunning!
exotic little things :) XoXo
Fantastic. I've always wanted to get big wood blocks to use as side and coffee tables, but damn.. they're pricey and really heavy. I will get them someday though. Love the animal-inspired decor items!
