~Found this photographer, William Haun recently & must share his wonderful Art Project... All Proceeds (ALL !) from the sale of his Art Prints will go to the George Faile Foundation. The Foundation directly supports the Baptist Medical Centre in Nalerigu, Ghana by supplementing their small budget, purchasing much needed medical equipment, and providing scholarships to volunteer doctors and medical students to help cover their travel expenses to Ghana. Hope that we may consider this precious SITE especially during our upcoming Holiday Gift Giving...you know, gift that keeps on giving is always the BEST I think...~XOXO*

So many great causes to support. I was reading the article on sex slavery in Marie Claire and was so horrified, donation to the Somaly Mam foundation go to ending this nightmare: http://www.childrenofthenight.org/donations.html
And apparently Somaly Mam was at my University in september and I missed it!
I want to do something for a great cause. I find that life is fast and something as simple as giving a gift to provide support does more than another trinket that will just gather dust. From ashes to ashes, from dust to dust - we all need to leave a mark.
