In fact, if it affects one badly , then taking to one's bed should be the order of the day, without fear of repercussions (it flipping hurts !!)

Me too!! I'm cranky, tired and weepy. Tomorrow I'm heading to Lake George. My best friends, a lote of wine and some advil will get me throught this. I'm starting to think menapause might just be a "good thing" a decade from now!!

I felt this way a whole week from my period a couple weeks ago. I was SUCH a down in the dumps wreak! Hopefully you feel better quickly...at least they are finished with in a fairly short amount of time!
