...Paris has lots of offerings to the eyes; visual delightsss...with its architecture, landscape, people and of course the window shopping… oooh~ This city will never cease to loose its charm! Certainly we can limit our shopping experience to all the posh & glamorous streets of Paris and stick to such famous global brands. But we’ll only end up buying what we can find in any other major cities of the world, and also won't have the kind of fun that comes from venturing off the beaten track... Personally I prefer those tiny charming shops, they are such gems! Take a look at one of them...I'm CHARMed* Darrrlings!

You might look just a tad OTT with a chandelier hanging round your neck !
Beautiful though !
Good that you're getting some time to look around.

Looks like the Belle Epoque met the Ottoman Empire - all those fabulously dangly beads and baubles. Might make a curious hat for someone with a large head (not that I'm suggesting you have one... and if you do, your superlative taste certainly warrants it). Paris is a place of so many wondrous things - don't you just want them all? xx

Ahhh...my Paris. I've been there so often I feel I own the entire city. It becomes rather common with familiarity.

If only that were true. I've never set foot outside of the good old USA. Not because I don't want to.

I may never get there so enjoy it for me my dear. I'll love it through you.

I once saw a "necklace" lying around in a store...I was searching everywhere for another one with a price tag. I finally found a SA and asked...she took it and showed me the candlestick it belonged to, LOL. So yeah, I completely relate about the lamp :)
