Summer Ending~

very soon...and so is the week!
Happy Friday Everyone ~Lurrrve it !!!
The New Zealand-born fashion designer Karen Walker has a reputation for her original effortless style. Her summer collection is currently on SALE* HERE-one of my fave online shop. Her label has a feeling of effortlessness and has been described by the fashion press as being, “ the kind of look that provides a means of appearing cool but not trying-too-hard, cute but not saccharine, alternative but not self consciously so.” ~Luv that!
.
This photo was taken on my last trip to Amsterdam...cuuute boat!
[new readers may click HERE to see more of my Amsterdam pics]
Anywayyy...
My bff, Jack has a strange craving lately...so this weekend I'm going to accompany him
to visit an oyster farm! Yup, to satisfy his craving for the freshest oysters!
I'll be there mostly for the cold beer or better still, champagne?!
errr...not a huge fan of raw oysters somehow, crunchy+fried on the other hand ~YUM*
.
Let's enjoy our Weekend, shall we?
ps: Thank you so much for all the lovely comments this week guys!
.
~XOXO*
as always!

These lovely dresses go perfectly with a little trip down Amsterdam's channels... My only oyster experience was BAD (lets not go into details) - and I didn't even like the taste. But would certainly go for the champagne! Enjoy, Lenore - Happy weekend!

I love oysters, especially the deep fried ones. Oysters are supposed to be an aphrodisiac but I don't know if the fried ones are included in that.
And YYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS send me a jumping picture!!! That would make my week.

I actually dated a guy who refused to take me home until I ate a dozen oysters. What an idiot! I never went out with him again and now I hate oysters. The champagne sounds great. Cheers, sweet girl! Have a wonderful weekend.

Your plans sound quite interesting. I prefer my oysters in oyster stew. I haven't given raw oysters much of a chance and perhaps could learn to love them.

Have a splendid excursion and tell us all about it when you return, that is, if you so desire.

(I always figured oysters were raised by nuns in cloisters. I learn so much when I come here!)

Gorgeous wear, and I love the mourning in black for the season... :) Also, your oyster fest sounds like FUN! I'm personally only ok with the fried variety (like a true chubchubs that I am). Looking forward to reading more about it!
