Great photos- love the new one dollar spoons!

Lenore- I eat that almost every morning! Although it's Greek yogurt. But I just can't stand it. I don't know- too healthy? But I eat it because I know I should, when all I want are eggs and bacon.

To heck with the spoon! I'll drink straight from the bowl...just dump it into that gaping hole above my chin.

Ahhhh...thanks, Lenore, now I can shop during my lunch break!

Lenore,
This is just a perfect healthy and delicious way to eat. I need to add the pomegranate seeds, love them and I forget to have them at this time of the year, but they are just too nutritious for me to skip! I hope you are better, it seems that you are, thankfully!!
As for those porcelain tasting spoons, I just dragged all 3 of my sons to Pier 1 Import today to pick up some things for the weekend and they had them, I bought 12, they are so inexpensive and fun!! I can't wait to use them this weekend...what should I put on them???
Have a great evening
xoxo

Yums! I can't really get on board with ALL healthy food (tofu yuck!) but I definitely love good thick yogurt and fresh fruit!

Love how pretty berries are without any futzing with them - unadulterated pretty.

Good to hear you're feeling better! We're getting older and wiser about food choices so we've had oatmeal and berries all week (topped up with flaxseed and fiber, uber healthy). But hey treating your body right is so worth it (and it actually tastes fine)

YUM! I love this combo. This summer, my favorite thing has been to put fresh berries, greek yogurt, frozen mango and OJ in the blender and make fruit shakes. SO refreshing and healthy!
