....Seldom that 'woo-hoo!' & 'Monday' would be in the same sentence at LENORENEVERMORE...why? Cos' today is still a public holiday in the good ol' USA...land of the freedom! Errr...not so sure about the 'freedom' part though... I have been entrapped, imprisoned, enslaved in my attic by who else... MY JUNKsss !!! (new reader, I'm sure you are like 'what???' please refer to previous post) Anyway, the good news is that it's almost over darlingsss... Have the whole of today to finish it up and then it's FREEEEEDOM!!! Remember I was paranoid of having spiders & cobwebs on me... well, it's not so bad at all (~Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!) ...no need for my Ninja Costume~hee* I shall share some photos of my 'ATTIC adventure & treasure hunt' in my next post...okie* PS: my apology for not replying some of your lovely comments/emails for the past few days darlings, me very-very busy-productive-buzzing BEE & not Spider!

.....So glad the long Memorial Day weekend is finally here!

Planning to organize the storeroom a.k.a attic... Not really looking forward to this task, but I am going to force myself & drag myself up there... It's either this weekend or NEVER! I've been postponing this labor of 'un-Love' since March of this year... "I must-must-MUST !!!"

Actually my friends are willing to help...but I'm quite embarrassed to let them see all the junks I've been collecting throughout the yearsss... Do you know that I've been collecting dust and spider cobwebs too??? (I'm dangerous like that!)...Ewww-Yuck !!!

Orthorexia Nervosa ?!

...definitely a NEW word for me too...

Let's find out a little bit more, shall we...

bulimia nervosa : overeating

orthorexia nervosa : healthy eating???
...so what's wrong with that?!

Orthorexia, often begins with someone’s simple and genuine desire to live a healthy lifestyle. The person may choose to stop eating red meat, but eventually cuts out all meat; then all processed foods, and will eventually eat only specific foods that are prepared in very specific ways... ~Well-well-well, certainly learn NEW things everyday!

People suffering from this obsession may display these signs :
-Spending more than three hours a day thinking about healthy food

-Planning tomorrow’s menu today

-Feeling virtuous about what they eat, but not enjoying it much

-Continually limiting the number of foods they eat.

-Experiencing a reduced quality of life or social isolation (because their diet makes it difficult for them to eat anywhere but at home)

-Feeling critical of others who do not eat as well they do Skipping foods they once enjoyed in order to eat the “right” foods.

-Feeling guilt or self-loathing when they stray from their diet.

-Feeling in “total” control when they eat the correct diet.
