I'm with your niece.... I loooove soft hand bags! The reason I buy bags sometimes is because of how they feel.... cuddly soft and a joy to carry about with you!

Bottega Veneta. One of the best luxe brands in the known universe. My mother, my sister, and I, each had one in the early 80s. I still remember how soft it felt.

I have a bottega veneta bag that was my moms in the 70's. It's still beautiful, and it's still in incredible shape. Truly timeless.
